Keith grew up in Northern California but has called Washington home for most of his life. His path into physical therapy began after recovering from multiple sports injuries of his own, sparking a passion for helping athletes return to the activities they love. He earned his degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Strength and Conditioning at Washington State University, where he gained hands-on experience working with collegiate athletes in Bohler Gym and coaching local teams. After two years as a strength and conditioning coach and rehab aide in Everett, he went on to complete his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Washington. Keith now specializes in working with athletes, post-operative patients, and those recovering from lower extremity injuries. He integrates techniques such as active release therapy, reactive neuromuscular training, and individualized strength and conditioning programs. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Keith blends rehabilitation with performance training to help athletes not only recover, but also return stronger and more resilient. When he’s not in the clinic, Keith can be found snowboarding at Mt. Baker, paddleboarding, hiking with his husky Anouk, or exploring Seattle’s food scene with his fiancée, Jarika, and friends.
