Rachel earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University in 2014. She enjoys working with patients of all ages in the outpatient orthopedic setting and uses a combination of manual therapy, exercise intervention, and education to help each patient reach their individual movement goals. Rachel has a special interest in working with triathletes and other endurance athletes.

Rachel went to the University of Michigan and received a BS in Kinesiology, and she got her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2014. Since then, she has completed multiple continuing education courses, including manual therapy courses through NAIOMT, and has been certified in Graston Technique for instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization. Rachel believes in a holistic approach to treatment that is individualized to each patient’s unique needs and she enjoys collaborating with patients to help them achieve their movement goals. Rachel has a special interest in working with triathletes and other endurance athletes; she has competed in triathlons from sprint to Ironman distance, as well as various road and trail running events.

Rachel enjoys any activity that helps her get outside with her family including paddle boarding, skiing, hiking, camping, and cycling.
