
Adam Waggoner
(PT, DPT)
Adam earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in 2015. He has extensive experience in outpatient orthopedics/sports medicine. Adam uses a combination of the latest evidence-based treatments along with his clinical experience to provide an individualized therapy program which each patients’ unique goals. Including a high level of patient education ensures the best outcome and promotes independence which is a key focus of his practice. Adam has a special interest in the rehabilitation of the shoulder throughout the lifespan, including injuries to the overhead athlete. He also has advanced training for rehabilitation following ACL reconstruction, as well as experience treating numerous orthopedic surgeries of the shoulder, knee, ankle, hip, and spine/pelvis. Adam enjoys spending time in the O.R. with local surgeons to gain critical knowledge for post-operative rehab. He has special interests in rehabilitation of the shoulder, ACL and post operative rehab, hiking and mountaineering athletes, and youth athletes.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys hiking and backpacking with his wife, as well as snowboarding, playing soccer, traveling around the PNW and exploring local breweries.
