Build Stronger Bones. Move With Confidence. Live Fully.
Prevail Physical Therapy’s Bone Health Program is a specialized, evidence-based exercise program designed by clinicians to improve bone density and combat age-related bone loss, including osteoporosis and osteopenia. Using heavy, slow resistance training, this program is individually tailored to safely stimulate bone growth while improving strength, balance, and overall function.
Research shows that properly prescribed resistance training can help slow, halt, and even reverse declines in bone density. Our licensed clinicians assess your unique starting point and guide you through every step—ensuring the exercises are performed safely, effectively, and at the right intensity for your body. We know that most people who need this program also have pre-existing conditions that need attention, so we address those as part of our initial evaluation process.
You’ll learn the fundamentals of safe lifting mechanics, progressive loading, and movement strategies that protect your joints and spine. As you gain strength and confidence, the program transitions you toward an independent, sustainable routine—so you can continue building and maintaining bone health long-term.

This program is ideal for individuals who:
- Have been diagnosed with osteoporosis or osteopenia
- Want to reduce fracture risk and improve bone strength
- Are new to resistance training or unsure how to lift safely
- Want a long-term, independent plan to support lifelong bone health
At Prevail Physical Therapy, our goal isn’t just short-term results—it’s giving you the tools, strength, and confidence to stay active and resilient for years to come.
