Keith Pike
(PT, DPT)
Keith, originally from northern California, has spent most of his life in Washington. His journey into physical therapy was inspired by his own experiences recovering from sports injuries, particularly during his time playing football. He earned his kinesiology degree with a strength and conditioning minor at Washington State University, where he worked with athletes in Bohler Gym and coached local teams. After two years as a strength and conditioning coach and rehab aide in Everett, Keith pursued his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Washington, graduating in 2024. He specializes in working with athletes, post-operative patients, and lower extremity injuries, utilizing techniques like active release, reactive neuromuscular training, and sports performance education.
Outside of work, Keith enjoys spending time with his fiancée Jarika, hiking with his husky Anouk, paddleboarding, snowboarding, and exploring Seattle’s restaurants and bars with friends.
